Memberships Settings
To adjust your membership settings, open the Memberships app and select Settings.

In the Preferences tab, you can manage membership billing locations and allow clients to cancel their own memberships.

If you have multiple locations, you can choose which billing location to use when starting a new membership for a client. You can choose to always bill memberships through a specific location, or you can manually select a billing location when starting each membership.
If different billing locations are used, you can run Membership reports for specific locations.

Specify whether clients are allowed to cancel their own memberships through the client portal. If payment is due, the client will need to contact the business to cancel.

In the Online Sales tab, you can enable online membership sales. If you have multiple locations, you can also select the billing location for online membership sales. Learn more about selling memberships online.
