    How do I see which staff members are currently available to make and receive phone calls?

    To see a list of staff members who are currently available to make and receive calls, click the phone icon in the main menu. This icon is only visible on desktop to Admin users and staff members who have the Can make and receive calls permission.

    • Live Calls: This tab includes details about live calls, such as the client's name and a link to their upcoming appointment. This can be helpful for front desk staff, as it allows you to quickly find the right client and rebook them or make changes to their upcoming appointment.

    • Staff: This tab includes a list of staff members who are currently available to make and receive calls.

    Is there a way to see which staff members are on a phone call and who they are speaking with?

    When a phone call is made or answered in Mangomint, the phone icon in the main menu will display a gradient outline. Click the phone icon to view the Live Calls tab, which includes live call details such as the client's name and a link to their upcoming appointment.

    The phone icon is only visible on desktop to Admin users and staff members who have the Can make and receive calls permission.

    Can multiple staff members be on calls at the same time?

    Yes, multiple staff members can be on calls at the same time. If one staff member is on a call, other staff members' phones can still ring if another call is received.

    Can I block phone numbers from calling and texting me?

    Admin users can block phone numbers, which can be helpful for phone numbers that are spam calling you or sending you spam text messages.

    To block a phone number, select Block phone number from the "..." menu when viewing the conversation. This will block the phone number from calling and texting you. However, this will not prevent calling or texting that number from Mangomint.

    Can I make and receive calls using an iPad or tablet?

    Calls can be made and received using the Mangomint mobile app on a phone. Calls cannot be made or received using an iPad or tablet.

    Is there a limit to how many text messages I can send?

    With the Connect add-on, you can send unlimited text messages to clients. If your subscription does not include the add-on, you can still send up to 5 free text messages per month. Your 5 free messages are reset 30 days after you send your first free message.

    Can I set up an automatic reply for text messages?

    Yes, you can set up an automatic reply for text messages. Clients will receive this automatic reply if they text you or if they respond to one of your automated texts, including flow text messages sent from your marketing phone number.
