Experience
Josephine had the opportunity to intern for Mangomint while pursuing her degree in Business Management in 2019. At that time, Mangomint was a startup with less than ten employees. As she watched the startup grow and help thousands of salon and spa professionals, her passion for the people in the industry grew as well.
She enjoys interviewing and writing about inspiring leaders in the beauty and wellness space. Through connecting with these leaders, she has learned about the unique ways in which they foster nurturing environments for their staff members and clients.
Her Demand Gen marketing role allows her to share Mangomint and leverage SEO skills, paid ad strategies, and social media management to reach targeted audiences. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting, and exploring new hobbies with her friends.
