Our new Automated Messages feature gives you a higher level of control over your client facing and internal communication—in a truly innovative and easy-to-use format.
You're in control
Our Automated Messages features puts you in the driver's seat allowing you to configure which messages are sent, when they are sent, and to whom.
You can now manage your messages in a timeline view based on specific events like appointment booking, appointment cancellation, and more.
Additionally, send messages to clients and staff during the check-in process and completely automate client arrival when you use Automated Messages together with our Waiting Room feature.
Add your own custom text
We made it possible to update your messaging yourself—as often as you want. Add your own custom text to email and SMS messages, see message previews in real time, and send examples straight to your phone or inbox.
