We've launched several new features and updates that will make booking appointments faster, streamline the way you sell gift cards online, and more. Here are the latest improvements to Mangomint:

  • Change the way you book appointments over the phone with Express Booking

  • Sell digital gift cards directly on your website and online booking

  • Plus, more advanced settings

Express Booking

Getting emails and credit card numbers from clients over the phone is never fun. Express Booking™ is a revolutionary feature that makes booking appointments easier and faster than ever before while helping you avoid mistakes.

Express Booking™ significantly reduces the time it takes to book appointments over the phone. When creating an appointment in Mangomint, you now have the option to text a link to the client where they can review and complete their remaining booking details, such as:

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Credit card information

Clients that book via an Express Booking™ link are required to accept your cancellation policy in order to complete their booking, which helps to reduce no-shows, late cancellations, and supports you in the event of a chargeback.

Express Booking also gives you the option to collect deposits or full payments at the time of booking.

Sell digital gift cards

Our improved online gift card feature allows you to sell gift cards directly on your website and in your online booking without a third-party integration. You can now manage gift cards that are purchased online and in-person in one place. Learn more

Additional updates

We've also added a number of smaller updates and improvements for an overall better experience:

  • Pronoun field: A new field for pronouns is now included in the client details. If the client's pronouns are added, it will also show up in the appointment sidebar on the calendar.

  • Cancellation policy acceptance toggle in online booking: If you have a cancellation policy set, you can now require acceptance of your cancellation policy in your online booking. When booking, clients will now have to click "I agree to the cancellation policy" in order to complete their booking. This can help reinforce your cancellation policy and provide support in the event of a chargeback or dispute.

  • Branded client emails: If a logo is added in your Business Setup > Logo & Branding settings, it is now included in the email notifications that go out to clients for a more branded experience.

  • More internal email notifications: You now have the option to send internal email notifications to a specific email address when an appointment gets booked through the calendar by a staff member.
