How Mangomint onboarding works

Mangomint onboarding typically takes less than two weeks, but we work based on your timeline. If you want to launch next week, we’re going to move mountains to get you there. I’ve seen customers fully launched with all of their data within 24 hours of starting their free trial.

Mangomint’s general onboarding process is:

  • Go through your must-haves

  • Complete set up

  • Launch

Onboarding support

After you start your free trial, our team will reach out so you can schedule a 1:1 meeting with your onboarding manager. During that meeting, you’ll share your timeline, expectations, and any other nitty-gritty details. Your onboarding manager will go through our pricing plans, data transfer, and set up the features you may need, like payment processing or payroll. After that, it’s full steam ahead to get you ready for launch day.

If you’re a solo provider, you’re invited to join one of our weekly onboarding webinars where you’ll learn how to set up your solo-specific account. A recorded webinar is also available if you don’t want to join live.

Data transfer

All Mangomint customers receive complimentary data transfers. When you’re ready to start importing your real data into your trial account, our team will go above and beyond to get as much information from your previous software as we possibly can. We know how stressful this part can feel, but our team will be by your side every step of the way.

For most systems, we can import the following:

  • Clients

  • Products / Inventory

  • Gift cards

Once we receive your client data, the import typically takes about 24 hours. Your products, inventory, and gift cards will be imported a few days before your launch date to ensure you have accurate stock levels and gift card balances.

We may or may not be able to transfer your client notes, formulas, previous sales, and previous appointments. This depends on your previous software.

Just an FYI: if you ever decide we're not the best fit for your business, we'll give you a full data export so you can take all of your data with you.
