You can now view a record of all the changes made to an appointment, eliminating guesswork surrounding who made certain changes and when.
For every appointment, you can now see:
A chronological list of every change that was made to the appointment, including whether the service provider was changed, services were added, etc.
Who made the changes, whether it was a staff member or the client.
When the changes were made, including the date and time.

Here are some of the changes you can see for each appointment:
When the appointment was created, rescheduled, canceled, or uncanceled.
Whether services or customizations were added or removed.
Service provider changes.
Appointment status changes (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Waiting Room, In Service, Completed, No Show).
Whether forms were added, filled out, or removed. Includes client and staff member forms.

To view an appointment’s list of changes, simply select the appointment on the calendar and select View Change History from the appointment’s details menu.

Your mobile inbox just got a fresh new look. You’ll notice more room to read messages, cleaner styling, and easier navigation on your phone.

Here's what's new:
The client name now appears at the top of the conversation—tap it to jump straight to their profile.
The keyboard stays out of the way until you're ready to type, so you see the full conversation when you open it.
Switching between messages and internal notes is now a quick tap on the Note icon in the composer.
Quick replies and attachments are tucked into a + menu to keep things tidy.
Staff messages have a bolder color, so it's easier to tell who said what at a glance.

To see the new inbox on mobile, make sure your Mangomint app is updated.

We added 7 new search bars throughout Mangomint, making it easier to find what you need.

You can now search in the following screens:
Services
Staff members
Membership plans
Package setups
Form templates
Resources
Offers
If you have an extensive service menu, you can now quickly search for the service you need.
On desktop, you can use the arrow keys or Tab key on your keyboard to easily navigate between search results. To view an item, press Enter.

You can now set custom service durations for specific clients, which is helpful when certain clients need more or less time for a service than the default service duration.
Once a client has a custom service duration, if a staff member books that client and service via the calendar, the client’s custom duration will be automatically applied.

There are two simple ways to set a custom service duration for a client:
When booking through the calendar, update the duration and select Save duration for this client.

Or, you can go to the client’s profile, select the Adjustments tab, then select Add custom duration.

We’re rolling out a new notification system that’ll give you more control over what you’re notified about in-app and via push notifications.
Here are the changes you can expect over the next few weeks:
On desktop, you’ll see a new bell icon at the top of your screen for your in-app notifications.
Clicking an in-app notification will take you directly to that item, such as an appointment or waitlist opening.
Text and email notifications will be replaced with push notifications sent directly from the Mangomint mobile app on your phone or tablet.

On mobile, you can access your in-app notifications from the main menu.

To set up your notifications:
Open your user profile settings and select your Notifications tab.
Choose which appointment activity you’d like to be notified about via in-app or push notifications.
Depending on your permissions, you can also choose to see what’s happening across all appointments, client activity, messages, and phone calls.

These changes will be available over the next few weeks. You’ll see a message in your account once it’s time for you to set up your new notifications. Stay tuned!

You can now automatically screen spam calls before they reach your team. When a suspicious caller dials in, they're asked to confirm they're a real person. If they don't, the call goes straight to your Spam folder.

Here's what you can expect:
Suspicious callers are asked to enter a code before getting connected.
Saved clients are always connected right to you and never screened.
Choose between Standard and Strict screening—Standard catches the most obvious spam, while Strict screens more aggressively.
Screened calls land in a dedicated Spam folder in your Inbox, so you can review what was filtered and recover any legitimate calls. To get started, go to Settings > Business Setup > Phone Numbers, select a number, and turn on Spam Call Screening.
