With Web Chat, you can connect with both prospective and existing clients by giving website visitors a convenient way to reach you. This makes it easy to engage with new clients, even when you're busy with appointments. If you’re unavailable, visitors can leave their phone number, so you can follow up with a quick text as soon as you're free.

New Feature: Phone Calls
Multiple phone lines, multiple phone bills, and multiple stress headaches. Replace all of it with our new Phone Calls feature.
Using the mobile app, you can now make and receive phone calls using one dedicated number directly in Mangomint. It’s fully synced with your client list so you can instantly see who’s calling or make calls from the client’s profile.

You can also initiate a call through the desktop app, which sends a notification to your phone that automatically dials your client. Plus, when you're on the phone booking a client, the system will automatically suggest scheduling the person you're on the phone with. Saving you an extra step.
By using one fully synced number for all client communication, you can eliminate confusion—for both your clients and your team.

Getting Started with Mangomint Connect
Mangomint customers who have our Two-Way Texting add-on are automatically upgraded to Connect at no additional cost.
If you don't have Two-Way Texting (or are new to Mangomint), you can easily upgrade your subscription for $75/month by enabling Connect in your settings. Visit our Learning Center for more details.

Q: How is Connect different from calling and texting clients from a landline or personal phone?
A: With Mangomint Connect, all your client calls and texts live in your Inbox, allowing your team to track client communications and history in one central place. This eliminates checking multiple inboxes or managing staff who respond to clients from personal phones. Connect gives you control over staff permissions for making and receiving calls, viewing conversations, accessing client contact details, and more. Team members can also toggle their availability on or off, letting them control when they're ready to take calls.
Q: How does Web Chat benefit my business?
A: Web chat allows you to collect messages from new clients visiting your website in real time. Imagine a new client who visits your website and isn’t sure what service to book. Web chat allows them to quickly ask their question without having to call your business or leave the site and (hopefully) continue with their booking right then and there.
Q: I already have a phone line for my business. Can I transfer my existing number to Mangomint?
A: Yes, you can transfer your existing phone number. If you prefer to keep this number, we’ll walk you through how to transfer it to your account. Otherwise, you can get a new number directly through Mangomint to receive calls and texts when you sign up.
Q: Does the Phone Call feature include international calling?
A: International calls are available and are charged on a per minute basis. Fees depend on the country of the number you're calling. tOur team can walk you through these fees when you're setting up Connect.
Q: What is the cost per location for Mangomint Connect?
A: It is $75/month for the first location, and $25 for each additional location. Each location receives its own dedicated phone number.
