Starting a men's spa
The goal was never to revolutionize men’s grooming; Agam just wanted a welcoming space to get waxed without feeling weird about it.
“It just felt like—there’s got to be a better way to do this,” he says, recalling some awkward experiences at other waxing spots. So, Agam opened Menscape.
His expansion was client-led and focused on quality over quantity, evolving organically over many conversations he had with his clients. “Do you do massage?” “What about mani/pedis?” Agam listened, hired the right people, and built out the menu based on what his clients wanted.
