• How do Mangomint and Meevo online booking compare?

  Both Mangomint and Meevo offer online client booking. Mangomint’s booking widget can be added directly to your website and does not require clients to create a login to book. By comparison, Meevo’s online booking sends clients to a portal and requires a login.

• How does the system perform?

  We know running your business often means doing so on the go, which is why we’ve built Mangomint to be fully functional on both desktop and mobile. Using Mangomint's all-in-one mobile app, you can easily run reports, check inventory, and text clients from anywhere. Accessing your Meevo account on mobile requires two different apps: one to manage appointments and day-to-day and another to access performance metrics and reporting.

• How much does Mangomint cost? Do you require contracts?

  Mangomint pricing starts at $165/month while Meevo plans start at $139/month. You can learn more about our plans on the Pricing page. We don't do contracts or annual commitments, and you can cancel at any time. Meevo requires an annual plan to use the software.

• Can I try Mangomint before signing up?

• What does onboarding and support look like for Mangomint?

  When you’re ready to make the switch, you’ll be connected with a dedicated manager available to you via phone and video chat. They’ll walk you through the entire onboarding process step-by-step, so you can feel confident using Mangomint right away. Typically, our customers are up-and-running in 2 weeks or less.

  Meevo’s website mentions available onboarding and training packages, but pricing information is not easily accessible.

• How does data migration to Mangomint work?

  Mangomint handles the entire data migration process for free. Your dedicated onboarding manager will map out what data can be migrated and can help you recreate any data that can’t.

  In most cases, we can transfer your client list, products, and gifts cards. Depending on the circumstances, we may also be able to transfer notes, services, transaction and appointment history, and future appointments. If you’re switching from Meevo, we can also import marketing lists and account balances.
