  Yes, Mangomint supports multi-location businesses, and we currently support businesses with 15+ locations. Depending on the number of service providers working at your business, we have Essentials, Standard, and Unlimited plan options. • What does onboarding and support look like for Mangomint?

  When you’re ready to make the switch, you’ll be connected with a dedicated manager available to you via phone and video chat. They’ll walk you through the entire onboarding process step-by-step, so you can feel confident using Mangomint right away. By comparison, Zenoti’s onboarding is offered through a module-based online course in Zenoti University.

• How does data migration to Mangomint work?

  Our team handles data migration from your previous booking system for free, including making a plan to recreate anything we’re not able to bring over from your current system.

  If you currently use Zenoti, your dedicated onboarding manager will map out exactly what data can be migrated. In most cases (regardless of your current software), we can transfer your client list, products, and gift cards. Sometimes, we are also able to transfer things like sales history, client notes, and future appointments.
