We’ve made two updates to Flows that make messaging more flexible and user-friendly.
Send test text messages:
You can now send test text messages when setting up a flow—just like you already can with emails. Simply click “Send Test”, enter your phone number, and preview your message before it goes out. Best of all, test messages do not use any marketing credits.

Merge tags & emojis in email subject lines:
We’ve added a ‘+’ icon in the email subject field, making it easy to insert merge tags and emojis. No more manual copy-pasting—just a smoother way to personalize your subject lines.

We’ve added more flexibility to Offers! You can now limit service discounts to specific service providers, making it easier to promote bookings for certain team members.
For example, you can:
Create an offer for a provider’s slow day to increase bookings and reduce downtime.
Run a special discount for junior stylists to encourage clients to book with them.
Set up an exclusive promotion for a new team member to introduce them to clients.
This setting only applies to service discounts, so any product or entire sale discounts in the same offer won’t be affected.

We've expanded what Flows can do with three key updates:
Client Account Balance Action
You can now automatically add funds to a client’s account as part of any flow. Get started with our "New Client Welcome Credit" pre-built flow that encourages clients to come back by automatically adding $10 to their account after their first visit. Learn how to enable Client Account Balance here.

Image Support in Text Messages
You can now include up to 5 images in each text message with flows. Use this to send appointment reminders with useful details like parking information or promotional messages featuring special offers. Flows messages that include images will cost an additional 20 marketing credits, regardless of how many images are included.

Quickly Check a Client’s Flow History
You can now search by name to view their flow runs, making it easier to find what you need without digging through the entire list.

These updates give you more ways to interact with clients, fine-tune messaging, and review past flow activity more easily.
