• How do I book my travel?

  For members of the Mangomint team, flights and train tickets should be purchased through Navan, under our Mangomeet Event. Everyone will receive an invite email. For any questions, reach out to vander@mangomint.com

  If you are a guest, we will be in touch about making your travel arrangements.

• Can I upgrade my flight?

  Feel free to upgrade your flight if you would like. If you upgrade you will be responsible for paying for the upgrade.

• How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

  Mangomint will provide transportation to/from the airport. Feel free to use Uber or Lyft to get to the airport from home. Please use your Brex card and link it directly to your Uber and/or Lyft account. Mangomint will also cover your parking at The Omni Hotel.

• Where do I park my car if I'm driving?

  Parking will be available at The Omni Hotel.

• Can I extend my stay longer than the recommended dates?

  We have budgeted for 4 nights of travel per person. If you would like to extend your trip for personal reasons, you will need to reach out to the hotel on your own to book your accommodations. If you are an international employee and need to arrive early please talk directly to your manager.

• Can I bring my significant other?

  We want to ensure that this event is a celebratory Mangomint moment that drives engagement and cross functional mingling, so it will be limited to employees only.

• Is there a dress code?

  The event will be casual, but we ask you to remember this is a work event. We will provide a packing list as we get closer closer to Mangomeet.

• Will there be food & drinks?

  Yes! Mangomint will provide meals, drinks, and snacks during Mangomeet! Please feel free to take advantage of the San Diego food scene and the hotel restaurants on your own during downtime, but please don't charge these expenses to your room or brex.

• Will Mangomint pay for meals & transportation?

  Please view the T&E Policy as it pertains to meals and transportation.

• What happens if I don't RSVP or need to change it last minute?

  RSVPs are necessary for the event as they help ensure that the correct amount of food and drinks are ordered. All RSVPs will be added to the check-in list that grants access to the event. If you need to make a last minute RSVP change, please reach out to Mackenzie directly.

• What's the agenda?

  The agenda for Mangomeet is in the works! Check back here for updates. We will continue to make updates as we move through the planning process. We will do our best to keep you as informed as we can!
