This article covers the Staff reports available in the **Reports** app. Staff reports can help you track services and products sold by each staff member, time clock activity, and more.

## Link copiedService & Product Sales By Staff ReportLink copied

The **Service & Product Sales By Staff** report includes the quantities and sales totals for services and products sold by each staff member.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Service & Product Sales By Staff** report.

| Column                       | Description                                                          |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Staff Member**             | The staff member’s name.                                             |
| **# Services**               | The number of completed services.                                    |
| **Service Sales**            | The staff member’s service sales total.                              |
| **# Products**               | The number of products sold.                                         |
| **Product Sales**            | The staff member’s product sales total.                              |
| **Total Sales**              | The staff member’s total sales.                                      |
| **Service Category/Service** | The name of the service category and service.                        |
| **Product Category/Product** | The name of the product category and product.                        |
| **Brand/Product**            | The name of the product brand and product.                           |
| **Adjustments**              | The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout. |
| **Applied Packages**         | The value of applied packages and memberships.                       |
| **Taxes**                    | The amount of tax that was collected.                                |
| **Sales**                    | The sales total.                                                     |

The **Time Clock** report is available if the [Time Clock](/learn/help-articles/staff-members/time-clock/) app is enabled. This report provides information on staff member working hours, including hours spent on specific [task types](/learn/set-up-the-time-clock-and-assign-pins-to-staff/). A column will be included in the report for each task type.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Time Clock** report.

| Column         | Description                                  |
| -------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Day**        | The day the staff member clocked in and out. |
| **Staff**      | The staff member’s name.                     |
| **Clock-In**   | The time when the staff member clocked in.   |
| **Clock-Out**  | The time when the staff member clocked out.  |
| **Paid Hours** | The staff member’s paid hours.               |

The **Days Off** report includes [days off](/learn/set-a-day-off-for-a-staff-member/) for staff members during the selected time period and for the selected [locations](/learn/business-setup-locations/).

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Days Off** report.

| Column           | Description                                                                                                                                    |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Staff Member** | The staff member’s name.                                                                                                                       |
| **Day**          | The day the staff member was off/not working.                                                                                                  |
| **Reason**       | The reason the staff member was off/not working. The **Other** reason includes staff members who were **Set to Not Working** via the calendar. |
