# Mira Support

Mangomint and Mira have separate support teams.

If you need help with Mira, you can:

- Click **Get help **in the Mira app's left sidebar

- Visit [help.meetmira.com](http://help.meetmira.com/) and click **Submit a Request**

- Send an email to **support\@meetmira.com**

The Mira support team can help you with:

- Getting started with Mira

- Setting up or adjusting Mira's behavior and guidance, including how she responds to clients over voice or text

- Reviewing things Mira did that look wrong or unexpected
