# Viewing the Waitlist

This article covers how to view the waitlist from the calendar or mobile app.

To view the waitlist, the **Intelligent Waitlist** app must be [enabled](/learn/managing-your-apps-and-integrations/). This step only needs to be completed once.

To view the waitlist, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the [Can manage waitlist](/learn/staff-member-permissions/) permission enabled in **Staff Member** settings.

Select **Waitlist** from the calendar, or tap the filters button in the mobile app and select **Go to Waitlist**.

The total number of waitlist entries for each day will update as you switch between days on the calendar.

The waitlist is also location-specific. The total number of waitlist entries is based on the [location](/learn/business-setup-locations/) that is active on the calendar. To change your location on the calendar, use the calendar filters.
