# Resend the Credit Card Email Request for a Client's Membership

When you [start a new membership for a client](/learn/start-a-new-membership-for-a-client/) that does not require a membership agreement, you have the option to request the billing credit card from the client via email.

You can resend the credit card email request to the client as needed by [opening the client's membership details](/learn/how-to-find-a-clients-membership/) and selecting **Change Payment Method** from the "..." menu.

Select **Request credit card from client via email&#x20;**&#x61;nd select **Confirm** to send the email.
