# Offers & Discounts

Offers can include **service, product, and sale-level discounts **that can be applied during checkout.

- Set up exclusive offers that are available for a limited time only (e.g. holiday discounts)

- Create offer codes (promo codes) for clients to enter in online booking

- Include promo codes in your [campaigns](/learn/help-articles/campaigns/) and [automated flows](/learn/help-articles/automated-flows/) to help boost bookings and reward loyal clients

You can add multiple discounts to an offer and specify which sales are eligible.

- Exclude certain services or products from an offer

- Use an offer to reward clients with a free service or product

- Set up offers that can only be used at certain [locations](/learn/business-setup-locations/) or on sales with a minimum subtotal

Once your offers are set up, you can track offer usage through detailed reports. Track how often an offer was used, see which sales included an offer, and more.

To enable the **Offers** app, go to **Apps > Manage apps > Offers** and select **Enable**.
