# Gift Card Reports

If the [Gift Cards](/learn/help-articles/giftcards/) app is enabled for your account, the following Gift Card reports are available in the **Reports** app.

Gift Card reports can help you track the number of gift cards sold, outstanding gift card balances, and more.

## Link copiedGift Card Usage ReportLink copied

The **Gift Card Usage** report includes gift card usage details, including refunded gift card payments.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Gift Card Usage** report.

| Column                      | Description                                                                                                                               |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Date**                    | The date the gift card was used.                                                                                                          |
| **Sale #**                  | The sale where the gift card was used.                                                                                                    |
| **Gift Card #**             | The gift card number.                                                                                                                     |
| **Created Date**            | The date the gift card was created. Includes gift cards that were [added manually](/learn/how-to-manage-gift-cards/).                     |
| **Last Sale Date**          | The date the gift card was sold. Gift cards with no date include gift cards that were [added manually](/learn/how-to-manage-gift-cards/). |
| **Amount**                  | The gift card amount that was used.                                                                                                       |
| **Service Staff Member(s)** | The staff member who completed the service.                                                                                               |

The **Gift Card Balances** report includes outstanding gift card balances at the end of the selected day. Download the Excel report to see any notes added for each gift card.

When a gift card payment is refunded, the updated gift card balance appears in this report immediately.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Gift Card Balances** report.

| Column          | Description                             |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| **Gift Card #** | The gift card number.                   |
| **Purchaser**   | The client who purchased the gift card. |
| **Owner**       | The client who owns the gift card.      |
| **Amount**      | The gift card balance.                  |

The **Gift Card Sales** report includes quantities and sales totals of gift cards.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Gift Card Sales** report.

| Column           | Description                                                          |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **# Gift Cards** | The number of gift cards sold.                                       |
| **Adjustments**  | The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout. |
| **Sales**        | The gift card sales total.                                           |

The **Gift Card Sales Details** report includes details for gift card sales, such as the name of the gift card promotion.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Gift Card Sales Details** report.

| Column              | Description                                                       |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Sale #**          | The sale where the gift card was sold.                            |
| **Sale Date**       | The date of the sale where the gift card was sold.                |
| **Client**          | The client who purchased the gift card.                           |
| **Gift Card #**     | The gift card number.                                             |
| **Promotion**       | The gift card [promotion](/learn/creating-gift-card-promotions/). |
| **Gift Card Value** | The gift card value at the time it was sold.                      |
| **Price**           | The price paid to purchase the gift card.                         |
| **Sold By Staff**   | The staff member who sold the gift card.                          |
