# FAQ: Web Chat

  ###### Can I link a web chat conversation to a client?

  Web chat conversations cannot be linked to clients. However, if a website visitor enters their phone number via your [estimated response time message](/learn/enabling-web-chat/), their web chat conversation will be linked to their SMS conversation, as shown below. This allows you to easily switch between both conversations and see which website visitors have existing conversations.

  Yes, website visitors will be able to see their previously sent web chat messages, even if the conversation has been closed in Mangomint.

  Admin users can block specific website visitors from sending web chat messages. This can be helpful for website visitors who are sending spam messages.

  To block a website visitor, select **Block** from the "..." menu when viewing the conversation.
