  ###### Can I use an offer to reward loyal clients?

  Yes, you can use an offer to reward loyal clients. For example, to reward clients with a free service or product, simply select the service or product in the offer and set the discount to 100%.

  The [Flows](/learn/help-articles/automated-flows/) app also includes a **Send promo code to loyal clients** pre-built flow that you can use. In this flow, you can send clients an offer code as a reward after they complete a certain number of appointments.

  ###### Can offers be applied to pre-payments collected via online booking?

  Yes, discounts can be applied to pre-payments collected via online booking.

  - **Full pre-payments:** The discount will be applied during online booking.

  - **Partial deposits:** The discount will be applied when the appointment is checked out.

  ###### Can I create an entire sale offer for a percentage discount?

  Entire sale offers do **not** support percentage discounts (e.g. 15% off the entire sale). Instead, you can create an entire sale offer that offers a dollar-amount discount (e.g. $20 off the entire sale).

  To sell discounted gift cards, you can [create a gift card promotion](/learn/creating-gift-card-promotions/).

  ###### How are offers reflected in reports?

  The **Reports** app includes [Offers reports](/learn/offers-reports/) that provide details such as which offers have been used, how many times an offer has been used, etc.

  When offers are used, the discount amount will be reflected in the **Adjustments** column of your sales reports.

  ###### Can I limit an offer to specific service providers?

  Yes, you can limit an offer to specific service providers by enabling the **Specific service providers** toggle in the **Details** tab when [creating the offer](/learn/creating-an-offer/).
