Edit Staff Schedule from the Calendar

To edit a staff member’s schedule from the calendar, go to the “Day View” on the calendar and click on the name of the staff member.

  • In the dropdown, select “Edit Schedule” and you’ll be taken directly to the Work Hours setting inside Staff Settings.

Easily set staff members to “Not Working” for the day from the calendar.

  • From the “Day View"," click on the staff member and click “Set to Not Working” to override the normal schedule, this function can be particularly helpful for quickly creating a one time override to the normal schedule when businesses are closed for holidays or events.
