# Custom Fee Reports

This article covers the Custom Fee reports available in the **Reports** app. Custom Fee reports can help you track fee details, including how many times a fee was collected and which sales included a fee.

The **Custom Fee Summary** report includes fee details such as name, amount, and the number of times the fee was collected.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Custom Fee Summary** report.

| Column           | Description                              |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Custom Fee**   | The fee name.                            |
| **Value**        | The fee amount.                          |
| **# Applied**    | The number of times the fee was applied. |
| **Subtotal**     | The calculated fee amount.               |
| **Taxes**        | The tax collected on the fee amount.     |
| **Total Amount** | The total fee amount.                    |

The **Custom Fee Details** report includes fee details such as sale #, fee name, and sale total after fees.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the **Custom Fee Details** report.

| Column                      | Description                                |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Sale #**                  | The sale where the fee was applied.        |
| **Date**                    | The sale date.                             |
| **Client**                  | The client who completed the sale.         |
| **Fee Applied**             | The name of the fee that was applied.      |
| **Sale Total (Before Fee)** | The sale total before the fee was applied. |
| **Fee Amount**              | The calculated fee amount.                 |
| **Tax Amount From Fees**    | The tax collected on the fee amount.       |
| **Sale Total (After Fee)**  | The sale total after the fee was applied.  |
