# Client Filters for Campaigns

When creating an [email](/learn/create-and-send-an-email-campaign/) or [text message](/learn/create-and-send-a-text-message-campaign/) campaign, you can send the campaign to clients who match different **conditions**. Conditions check for specific client criteria, such as appointment history or membership status.

You can also apply **filters** to conditions to further customize your campaign recipient lists. For example, you can filter the **Client memberships** condition to check whether a client has or does not have a specific membership plan.

The table below outlines all the available conditions for campaigns.
