Cancel or Delete an Appointment in the Mobile App

This article shows you how to cancel or delete an appointment using the mobile app.

  • On the Calendar screen, select the appointment that you want to delete or cancel.

  • On the appointment details screen, tap on the "..." button and select Cancel / Delete.

  • Select a cancellation type:

    • Normal cancellation - the client canceled within the cancellation period

    • Late Cancellation - the client canceled after the cancellation period

    • No Show - the client didn't show up for their appointment

  • Or if you want to delete this appointment, select "Just delete it".

  • Tap on Confirm to save.

Depending on your settings, the appointment will either be removed from the calendar or appear faded. If cancellation notifications are enabled, the client will receive a notification that their appointment has been canceled.
