# Automated Messages: Packages

The **Packages** automated messages are available if [online package sales](/learn/selling-packages-online/) are enabled.

To configure your **Packages** automated messages, open the **Settings** app and select **Automated Messages > Packages**.

When a package is sold online, you can:

- Send an email to the client with the package details.

- Send an email with the package details to an internal email address. This email will also let you know if the client's billing address could not be verified, which could indicate increased fraud risk.
