# Adjusting the Service Quantities in a Package

This article covers how to:

- Adjust the quantity of remaining services (and [product usage](/learn/help-articles/services/product-usage/)) in a client’s package.

- Change or remove the expiration date on a client’s package.

To manually adjust the quantity of remaining services or product usage in a client’s package, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the [Can manage packages](/learn/staff-member-permissions/) permission enabled in **Staff Member** settings.

Open the **Packages** app or select the **Packages** tab in the [client details](/learn/client-details/).

Select **Adjust Quantities** from the "..." menu.

Update the quantities as needed and select **Save**.

You can change or remove the expiration date on a client's package if needed. Changing the expiration date can be helpful if you’d like to **extend the expiration date** to give the client more time to redeem their services or [product credits](/learn/using-memberships-and-packages-with-product-usage/).

To change or remove the expiration date on a client’s package, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the [Can manage packages](/learn/staff-member-permissions/) permission enabled in **Staff Member** settings.

Open the **Packages** app or select the **Packages** tab in the [client details](/learn/client-details/).

Select the pencil icon next to the expiration date to change or remove the date as needed.
