To add Staff Members in the system, go to:
Settings (Gear Icon) > Staff Members
Use the ADD STAFF MEMBER button
Enter the basic staff details including first and last name, email address, and phone number. Note: The email address and phone number entered here is where your staff will receive their log in details and notifications.
Select a user type, either Admin or Normal.
Admin staff members would be a business owner or manager and will automatically have all permissions enabled.
Normal staff members would be general service providers, front desk staff members, or any other staff members that should not have unrestricted access to the system.
For service providers:
Select the option “Is service provider”. You have to enable this option in order to assign services to the staff members later.
Select the notifications you would like your staff member to receive.
If you offer services where clients can request for male or female staff members like massages, use this option to assign the gender for the staff member.
Normally, only service providers can be assigned to product sales. If you would like for another staff member (like a front desk person) to also be eligible for product sales, please turn this option on.
Use the Create button to add the staff member.
On the next screen, you can invite your staff to create a Mangomint login. If you select Not Now, you will have the option to invite them later.
Once a staff member is created, you can add their profile photo by using the pencil icon below the avatar.
