Client Self Check-In
Our safe and seamless client self check-in lets you automate the process of client check-in while reducing the number of people inside the business at once. Eliminate confusion about waiting and check-in safety procedures and spend less time coordinating with each client over the phone.
Here's how it works. The system sends an email and text message to the client 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. The message includes a check-in link and instructions to wait outside.
Clients use the check-in link when they are outside the business to let you know they have arrived.
Service providers and the front desk will then be alerted that there are clients waiting.
When you’re ready for the client to come inside, trigger a notification from the system to let them know.
Mark the client as “Checked-in” once they’ve connected with their service provider.
Cards on File
