# Mangomint is backing SalonJobs

Why we're sponsoring a salon-specific job board.

Hiring is one of the hardest challenges salon and spa owners are facing right now.

Traditional job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn are not set up for this industry. They lack the creative capabilities needed for stylists to display their skills and owners to communicate their culture.

The team at [SalonJobs](https://www.salonjobs.com/?utm_source=mangomint) is fixing this. They’ve built a free hiring platform beauty professionals love, with customizable candidate and business profiles, visual portfolios, and filters for service specialties and pay structures. Salons in NYC and the Greater Boston area are using it to hire top talent, and it will soon be live in other cities nationwide.

We built Mangomint by listening closely and learning from our community. That’s why, as of today, we are **officially backing SalonJobs**. We want to make sure something genuinely useful can stick around and stay free for the people who need it.
