You can now seamlessly customize and collect forms, create gift card promotions for the holidays, access and export new reports, and more.

We've launched some exciting features to make managing appointments and sales even easier. Here are the latest improvements to Mangomint:

- Customize and collect Integrated Forms

- Create gift card promotions

- Access and export new reports

- Use new filters on the client timeline

## Integrated Forms

Our new Integrated Forms feature enables you to template, customize, and distribute forms to clients, staff, and even visitors to your website—all within Mangomint.

Whether it’s an intake form for a facial, a waiver for a chemical service, or internal SOAP notes, Integrated Forms lets you collect important information and store it directly in the client profile, no third-party app necessary.

## Gift card promotions

Create [gift card](https://www.mangomint.com/features/gift-cards/) promotions that can be purchased online and maximize gift card sales during the busiest shopping season of the year.

You can now:

- Sell a dollar value at a discounted price

- Select the exact dates your promotion is available for purchase

- Create a limited-time promotion (e.g. Cyber Monday, Valentine's Day Specials)

- Save and reuse seasonal promotions

## New reports and filters

We’ve also added new reports and filters to provide you with better insight into your business:

- **Package Sales Details**: Generate a report detailing each sale of a package

- **Sales List: **Export and** **download the Sales List as a CSV file

- **Purchase Orders**: Export and download any Purchase Order as a CSV file

- **Client timeline filters**: Filter the client timeline by past appointments, sales, notes, or forms
