# Introducing Group Bookings in Mangomint

Simplify the process of booking and checking out multiple clients at once with Mangomint's new group booking feature—designed specifically for salons & spas. Because friends don't let friends get pampered alone.

Great news: **Group Bookings are here**—designed to make it simple for your salon or spa to schedule and manage group appointments.

Whether you offer group manis & pedis or sees wedding and bridal parties, you can now easily schedule multiple clients at once.

Our new Group Booking feature allows you to:

- **Create group bookings from the calendar: **Your staff can easily book groups directly from the calendar and check out clients individually or all together.

- **Book group appointments online: **Clients can book group appointments online and select the same or different services (if one bridesmaid needs a short hair up-do and the other one long hair—we've got you covered).

- **Send individual notifications & forms:** Each client receives their own appointment confirmations, reminders, & [form](/blog/introducing-integrated-forms/) requests if needed.

## How to get started

Group Booking is available for all Mangomint customers and can be enabled by going to **Settings > Calendar & Appointments > Scheduling Options > Group Appointments. **From there, you can **Enable group appointments **via the toggle to allow group booking from the calendar. To enable online booking of group appointments, simply turn on the **Enable in online booking **toggle.
